Tanya Singh is a Legal Counsel (Corporate) at KGP Legal LLC. She is qualified to practice law in India and has an LLM degree in International Arbitration & Dispute Resolution from the National University of Singapore.

Tanya has experience in commercial dispute resolution, including arbitration (domestic and international), maritime disputes, public interest litigation, and regulatory disputes. She has also represented clients before various courts and tribunals across India, including the Supreme Court of India, various High Courts, and the National Company Law Tribunal. She currently handles corporate and commercial legal work at KGP Legal matters and assists with the drafting of all forms of commercial contracts, Mergers & Acquisitions, securities law as well as employment law matters, and blockchain and fintech matters.
