Corporate Legal Health-Check Package

KGP Legal’s Corporate Legal Health-Check provides an internal legal due diligence review of a company’s operations. We identify deficiencies, assess their level of risk and provide practical recommendations for addressing them.

Phase 1: Legal Health-Check
