Both KGP LEGAL LLC and OA LEGAL are leading law firms in the Fintech space in Singapore and Switzerland respectively and this business collaboration arrangement will enable the firms to collaborate on cross-border Fintech projects, service clients that require legal support across the different markets and to provide seamless legal support to their respective clients in new emerging areas of law.

Singapore and Switzerland are growing their wealth management capabilities and financial services sectors and this partnership will enable clients of the respective firms to benefit from this service offering.

Our team of corporate lawyers in our Singapore office will also be able to partner with lawyers from OA LEGAL and they will also have the opportunity to travel to Geneva (and vice versa) to work with the OA LEGAL team on projects.
